We want you to be a part of the Kindred Market too. Contact paul (at) kindredclothiers.com to see about getting your stuff into our commerce side. You will need product pics 400x400 of the printed tees. Kindred takes a 30% commission of the selling price excluding taxes and shipping so please take that into account when determining your pricing. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs and will need to email us with tracking numbers and shipped on dates. We will have a three strike policy on brands that fail to deliver more than three times in a 6 month period. Should a brand continue to fail to deliver goods we will review their standing and determine if we can continue to partner with them. We are committed to our customers and want to partner with people who share that commitment.

Site Agreement

By creating an account on this site you agree to abide by the terms and agreement of the policy outlined here by kindredmarket.com.

  1. You are responsible for checking the availability of your brand name using all available resources. We suggest searching the www.uspto.gov to see what names have been taken and what possible variations may be available.
  2. If a name is used that intentionally/unintentionally infringes on an existing trademark kindredmarket.com reserves the right to immediately delete the brand from active selling. Kindredmarket.com is your production company for the graphics you have/had designed and you are selling and is not liable for any infringement you may incur either intentionally or unintentionally. This also applies to any media used in your commercials on our site. Any commercial found to have infringing material will be immediately deleted.
  3. We agree to show your brand to interested buyers at the store levels you selected when creating your brand. This in no way guarantees a sale to any or all those stores.
  4. Kindredmarket.com does not tolerate the use of racial slurs and/or the use of offensive language. If a user or brand is deemed to be in violation of this policy their account will be immediately terminated and face the possibility of their IP address also being banned for life.
  5. The purchase of artwork from an artist or entity on our site in no way increases your chances of getting your brand into the store. All brands are still subject to the ranking and voting process.
  6. You agree to give kindredmarket.com the right to display on your behalf the brand and/or art designs you have for sale and uploaded to our site. Designs that haven't made it to the store side will still be shown to the prospective stores you selected when creating your account. Should you choose to remove your art kindredmarket.com has 60 days from the date of removal to fulfill any orders that may have arrived from any and all sources. At the end of that time period the rights given to us revert back to you. You will not receive any additional compensation for items sold during that time frame above and beyond the original agreement.
